A small camera fault was spotted by Whitestone and we were informed on delivery. A new part was sent without hesitation. Absolutely chuffed with the Mazda CX-5 I collected today . It is a dream to drive. Got a good deal for my Jaguar against it. It is in really great condition. Mediocre service to be VERY honest. I test drove a Peugeot 107 a week ago (early July 2022) and I found that the steering was out of alignment....I was interested in the Peugeot and I had a Mk2 Toyota Aygo to part exchange to free up some cash as mine was much higher specification. After test driving the Peugeot 107 I stated that the steering needed alignment and they stated that they would give the Peugeot 107 a clean MOT, an oil change, an oil filter replacement and wheel alignment if I decided to part exchange with them.... I agreed to part exchange my Toyota Aygo for the Peugeot 107 of which I agreed. A week later I part exchanged 9as agreed) although I was advised by my insurance company that the price of the Peugeot 107 was overpriced and that my Toyota Aygo was worth a lot more than what Whitestone was offering... Whitestone offered me £100 more and I reluctantly accepted the offer. Having collected the car a week later it had a new MOT but the steering alignment had not been rectified as it is still the same so I now have to take it to another garage to get this done, and also i am not sure if the oil had been replaced and oil filter as promised had been sorted...so now I have to again get this rectified myself - albeit Whitestone stated they would sort this prior to me collecting the vehicle. Why state that they would do these jobs when they have no intentions?
I would have thought also that the car would have at least been cleaned and valeted prior to pick up...but again this was not the case. The car drives ok...but very dirty especially the exterior.

To conclude this it seems that the cars they sell are way overpriced and certain issues from the consumer are not addressed and corrected accordingly, and albeit the staff are friendly - at the end of the day they simply want your custom without carrying out certain promises.

Jack was amazing and so helpful when I purchased my first car! I just brought my first car and had no idea what to expect. As a female, this task of buying a car was made stress free and reliable as Jack was available on the phone (even after purchasing the car). Brought a van from these people lasted 3 days. Waited 7 days still they did not do any thing. Put in my local garage. Had to have new engine turbo. Mass flywheel and clutch. Costing 2150 pounds whitestone would not pay any of this. Please all stay away. Crooks

Bought a used Amarok and couldn't be happier with both the service and the car its self, it arrived immaculate and as discussed with both keys and all the correct paperwork. This has to be the best car dealership I've ever come across. No fuss, No hidden costs, very understanding and a pleasant conversation with Jon. My dream car has and will always be a Lotus Elise. I'm finally in a position to buy one and Jon had the perfect example of one, in near pristine condition, I wanted to part exchange my car, which had a couple of issue's mainly with the paintwork, and Jon gave me a more than fair price for it. It took a while to organize a pick up mainly on my part but Jon was understanding through out. this is how all car dealerships and sale's people should be. thank you very very much Jon.

Bought a fiat 500 from here cant recommend them enough. I went round a few garages beforehand and being a single woman found the salesmen intimidating and rather sexist. Whereas at whitestone i found the two chaps very approachable and not in the least bit pushy.They were by far the cheapest and with all the extras they threw in im more than happy with the deal i got. Will definitely buy my next car from them.

I purchased a 57 plate Civic from Whitestone a few weeks ago and have been really impressed with their service and helpfulness. The car’s condition considering its age was fantastic and exactly as advertised. Being an older car it had a few niggles here and there but nothing unexpected and nothing to do with the seller. I paid a deposit to reserve the car which also paid for the MOT which meant it was ready for me to drive away on the day or purchase. I would buy a car from these guys any day of the week. They even helped me fill in the TAX details and set this up which I thought was a nice touch. Really easy to deal with, no pressure sales just straight talking and honest which is rare these days. I also had it serviced after buying it at a local garage and found nothing wrong. Thanks very much
